EpicStar registration and login
An EpicStar account can be opened in three ways, and the one you pick becomes your login method afterwards. The form is short; the decision worth thinking about is not the method but the account currency, because it cannot easily be changed later.
An existing account or a first registration?
Use login if you already have an EpicStar account. Keep the original sign-in method: email, phone or the same Google account. A fresh registration will not recover the balance or history of an earlier profile. If a password fails, use account recovery rather than creating a duplicate.
Registering a profile and verifying identity are separate steps. Support requests verification before the first withdrawal; a document does not replace your login details or authenticator code. Check which step is failing before choosing an instruction.

Three ways in
- Email. Your address becomes the login, and you set a separate password for the casino.

All three lead to the same kind of profile with the same features. What differs is only how you sign in, so pick the method you will still have access to in a year — an old work email or a prepaid SIM you may lose is a poor choice.
The choice that sticks: account currency
During registration you choose the currency of the account. Several fiat currencies are accepted, as well as crypto accounts, and there is no need to convert anything into dollars first — the Cashier and the limits then work in the currency you picked. Changing it afterwards is generally not possible, so choose the currency you actually deposit in.
Switch on the second factor straight away
A password alone is a single point of failure: it can leak from another site where you reused it or be typed into a fake page. EpicStar supports a second factor — a six-digit code generated by Google Authenticator on your phone. You enable it in the profile by scanning a QR code; after that every login asks for the current code, which changes every 30 seconds.
If the phone with the authenticator is lost, access is restored through support with an alternative identity check, which takes longer. Keep any backup codes the platform offers somewhere other than that phone.
When login does not work
- The password is rejected — check the keyboard layout and whether you registered by email, phone or Google.
- The code is refused — the phone's clock must be set automatically, otherwise the authenticator drifts.
- You cannot remember how you registered — try all three methods in turn. Do not open a new account: a second profile is treated as a duplicate and blocked together with its balance.
- Nothing helps — write to the live chat (icon in the top right corner) or to support@epicstar.com.
