Identity check
EpicStar verification and the one-account rule
EpicStar checks identity before money leaves the platform, not before it arrives. The request comes from support, typically ahead of the first withdrawal, and until then there is nothing to upload. The other half of account hygiene is simpler still: one person, one profile.

Why you cannot verify early
The timing is set by the platform. Support sends a request listing the documents it needs, usually when you create your first withdrawal. There is no upload form waiting in the profile, and sending documents unprompted does not shorten anything, because the check starts only when support opens it.
What you can prepare is consistency. The name in your profile, the name in your document and the name of the owner of your payment details should match. Most delays come from a mismatch between these three, not from the check itself.
What support asks for
The standard set is a photo of an identity document and a selfie with the same document in your hand, which lets the team confirm that the document belongs to the account holder. In some cases a short video call is arranged instead of, or in addition to, the photos.
Photos are accepted fastest when the whole document is in the frame, the text is sharp and there is no glare on the laminate. Cropped corners and flash reflections are the usual reasons for a second request.
How long it takes
The official range is from a few minutes to two business days. Short checks are the norm with clear photos and matching names; the longer end usually means a clarification or a video call. During the check the withdrawal waits, while the rest of the account keeps working.
One person, one account
Each person may hold a single profile. Bonuses, withdrawal limits and VIP turnover are all counted per account, so a second one would let the same person collect the welcome package twice — the rules forbid it outright. A duplicate is blocked together with its entire balance, deposits included, and a different email or phone number does not make a second profile acceptable: the operator matches accounts on more than the login.
Family members playing from the same computer are not duplicates by default, as long as each uses their own details. The problem is always the same person behind two profiles.
